SHIPPING POLICY

Items will usually be despatched within 2 working days of us receiving your order.  We will send you an email to let you know your parcel is on its way. 

You should receive your parcel approximately 1-3 working days after despatch, however please allow up to 5 working days, following despatch, for your parcel to reach you. 

We try to reuse the packaging we receive from our suppliers, so your order could be shipped in a reused box.

We also offer a free click and collect service.  Please select the click and collect option at check out then call or email us to arrange a suitable date for collection from our shop in Newry Co. Down.

If you would like delivery to another part of the world please email us at info@gateandgable.com and we will try our best to get something organised for you!

Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for failed delivery if you give alternative delivery instructions to the courier (e.g. to leave the parcel with a neighbour).  If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being given or you are not available to accept delivery, then you will be responsible for the cost of having the item re-dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you are very happy with your Gate And Gable purchase, however should you wish to return an item, please email us within 5 working days of receiving your order, outlining the reason for your return and we’ll be in touch regarding our refund process.

Refunds will be credited via your original payment method once we receive your item in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also have the original delivery note enclosed.  The order must be returned to us within 14 working days of receiving it.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and original delivery costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a tracked postal service to return your item, keeping a note of the reference number.  Please take care to package the return appropriately, as any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. Please include photos of the damage. Please do not return the item before contacting us. We will be able to discuss a replacement/ full refund for you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
